We sell wool and wool-based textile goods, including but not limited to toys, blankets, scarves, throws, yarns, and other woollen accessories.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Website are provided for guidance. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but please note that colours and textures may vary slightly due to display settings or the natural variation in wool fibres.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We take payments through Shopify Pay which accepts most major payment cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets.
  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. A binding contract between us is formed once we send you a shipping confirmation email.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver throughout the UK and internationally where stated.
  • Delivery costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, customs delays, adverse weather).
  • Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to you once the order is delivered.

5. Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your Wool Hugger purchase, but if not, you can return it within 14 days of receipt in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at sales@curtthesheep.com within 30 days of receipt.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
We may ask for photographs or details before approving a return or replacement.
