Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return items in accordance with this policy.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel:

  • Email sales@curtthesheep.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return your items within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Include your name, order number, and reason for return (if applicable).

2. Returns Process

Please send returned goods to:
Wool Hugger, Haggs Rd, Harrogate, HG3 1EQ

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • In a re-saleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns are at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Before sending your return, please email sales@curtthesheep.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The return tracking number and courier name

This ensures we can monitor your return and process it promptly.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
  • We do not refund original or return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will only be processed for items meeting our return conditions.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at sales@curtthesheep.com.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may request photographs or additional details before approving a return or refund.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover return postage costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or worn garments
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

This does not affect your statutory rights.
