This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered when purchasing from Wool Hugger t/a Curt the Sheep at www.curtthesheep.com.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship daily to:
- United Kingdom and Ireland
We do offer international shipping options, rates for which are quoted at checkout.
If your delivery address is not listed at checkout, please contact us at sales@curtthesheep.com and we will do our best to help.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- During peak periods (such as Christmas or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable) once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays or courier issues.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Standard UK shipping via Royal Mail priced from £4.00 / Express from £5.50.
International Tracked via Royal Mail priced quoted at checkout.
Any goods eligible for free shipping are noted as such on their product pages.
5. Tracking and Delivery
- All orders are sent using a tracked service.
- Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local customs authority.
- These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
- Wool Hugger t/a Curt the Sheep is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs processes.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking link.
- Contact the courier directly for the latest status.
- If still unresolved, contact us at sales@curtthesheep.com with your order number.
Lost Parcels:
A parcel is only considered lost after the courier has completed its investigations. At that point, we can offer a replacement or refund.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are missing or damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. This allows us to open a claim with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Pre-Orders and Custom Items
- Pre-order items will be dispatched on or around the date specified on the product page.
- Custom-made or personalised products may have extended processing times. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated at checkout.
